to get clouds ultimate weapon,u must defeat Ultimate Weapon, true. but im sure there is another way...just get knights of the round and kick everythings butt,and then use "mime" materia to copy that agian and again till uv killed the bag guys,then come out of you house after 10000 hours of play and be blinded by the sun!
